# Reduktive Source Available License

This License is a source-available license. It is not an open-source license.

## 1. Definitions

**Source form** means the preferred form for making modifications.

**Object form** means any form resulting from mechanical transformation or
translation of Source form, including compiled object code, generated
documentation, and conversions to other media types.

**Software** means the work of authorship, whether in Source or Object form,
made available under this License, as indicated by a copyright notice included
in or attached to the work.

**Derivative Works** means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is
based on the Software and for which the revisions, annotations, elaborations,
or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship.
Derivative Works do not include works that remain separable from, or merely

**NonCommercial** means not primarily intended for or directed towards
commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

Material identified as third-party material is not Software under this

you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive copyright
license to:

1. copy and redistribute exact, unmodified copies of the Software in Source or
   Object form;
2. produce Object forms solely from the unmodified Source form, and copy and
   redistribute those Object forms;
3. use the unmodified Software for NonCommercial purposes; and
4. make non-production use of the unmodified Software.

Production use that is not NonCommercial requires a separate written
commercial license from Reduktive Limited. If your use is not permitted by
this License, you must obtain a separate commercial license or refrain from
that use.

Every recipient of the Software automatically receives an offer from
Reduktive Limited to exercise the rights granted by this License, subject to

Reduktive Limited and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted by
this License.

This License does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks,
service marks, or product names of Reduktive Limited, except as required for
reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the Software and
reproducing the content of notices.

## 5. Termination

Any use of the Software in violation of this License automatically terminates
your rights under this License for the current and all other versions of the
Software.

## 6. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided **as is**,
without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to
the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.

In no event shall Reduktive Limited or its licensors be liable for any claim,
damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or
otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use
or other dealings in the Software.
